Pro Tip: Reuse coffee bags for pack-out-pouches

Having to pack out and carry around your waste when backpacking can be icky, especially come day three or four on the trail. That is why we developed our black, odor free pack-out-pouches to make the process cleaner.

However, you can totally get this benefit by reusing coffee bean bags or snack bags with similar characteristics. Ideally, they should be non-transluscent, resealable and foil lined to decrease odor. I have a stash of used coffee/snack bags saved for future trips!

Reusing coffee or snack bags keeps trash out of the landfill and gives these bags a useful second life. So, please consider saving some of your own used coffee or snack bags and help reduce waste sent to landfill!
